• Echometer is hosted by the Telekom Open Cloud and exclusively within the EU.
• The customer’s data is encrypted both during transport and “at rest” in the database.
• Echometer discloses its Technical and Organizational Measures (short “TOMs”) as part of its data processing agreement (short “AVV”), which is listed as an appendix to every SaaS contract. The AVV is can be viewed online here.
