The core responsibility: a productive conversation

Let’s start with the center of a good retrospective: a productive conversation. How do you achieve this? A few aspects are important.

Creating a good conversation atmosphere with icebreakers

To ensure effective retrospectives, it is crucial to create a positive atmosphere for discussion. Example: Start the retrospective with icebreakers to bring the team closer together and create a relaxed atmosphere. This encourages openness and facilitates the exchange of thoughts and ideas. Establish clear communication rules

Clear communication rules should be established to avoid misunderstandings and promote efficient conversations.
