The roles in Echometer

The authorizations in Echometer are based on 3 roles:

• Workspace admin

  • Creates and manages teams, workspace members, and the workspace health rotation
  • Names team admins
  • Cannot see any teams (including their retro archives and their team health results) in which he * she is not a member

• Team admin

  • Manages team members and the team health rotation
  • Manages the team’s retro cycle (creates and sends team surveys, starts and navigates through retrospectives)
  • Can name other team admins
  • Can see both their own team and workspace health dashboards, but cannot edit the workspace health rotation
  • Cannot see any teams (including their retro archives and their team health results) in which he * she is not a member

• Team members

  • Take part in team surveys and retrospectives
  • See both the team and workspace health dashboards
  • Cannot see any teams (including their retro archives and their team health results) in which he * she is not a member
