Our mission
In its software, Echometer combines psychological know-how from research with proven agile methods from practice in order to measurably develop teams and organizations.
Specifically, Echometer creates a continuous improvement process through iterative feedback loops in teams, in which employees get involved in an engaged way and can develop their potential.
The "Echometer" project was funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and the European Social Fund as part of the EXIST program. Echometer was also funded by the Accelerator Program of the Digital Hub münsterLAND (2019) and the Founders Accelerator of the Founders Foundation in Bielefeld (2020).
